Here at Taw and Torridge Coaches we have been busy adding in new procedures to ensure we are compliant with the latest regulations regarding COVID-19. In recognition of the hardwork we have been putting in we have been given the 'Good to Go' from Visit Britain. After completing an audit, they have deemed that the measures we have put in place meet the current guidance. Examples of this include social distancing signs on our vehicles and premises, additional daily cleaning steps and a revised risk-assessment.
We are pleased to announce that we are once again providing school transport to those students that the have returned to school. After working closely with the local council and schools we have implemented additional steps such as social distancing, with only one child per row, and an additional sanitisation step after every run is complete. If your child is returning to school and travels on one of our routes, contact the school and council. All children are required to wear face coverings unless exempt.
We are now operating all of our usual service routes. All passengers must wear face coverings when on board. The Department of Transport has set out a list of those who are exempt from wearing face coverings. If paying by cash please pay in exact change to reduce unneccesary handling of money.
With the Government advising against public transport, Business owners may be looking for a safe, modern, environmentally friendly, and comfortable way to get their staff to work. Here at Taw and Torridge Coaches, we have recognised this, and welcome you to get in touch to discuss your requirements. All of our vehicles are serviced and ready to go, containing social distancing signs, as well as undergoing thorough sanitisation daily, meaning you can be sure that your staff are tavelling as safely as possible.
